Facilities at Breede Escape 

We offer two private camps right on the river bank, each with own facilities and for your exclusive use.

Single camping stands might come available in 2025. 

Facilities at The HutCamp /Book for 1 - 12 guests, allowing maximum 12 adults or 4 families )

Please respect the numbers for the sake of the facilities and your own comfort.

Although pre schoolers do not pay they are still counted. 

Free standing tiny houses, each with a double bed and two kiddies beds, a toilet and small hand basin inside. 

The camp is fenced and pet friendly. 

An equipped kitchen lapa area with indoor braai, lounge area, washing up facilities. 

In the kitchen a fridge, freezer, microwave, induction plate, kettle, toaster, potjie pots, braai grids, drievoete, braai tongues, cutlery, crockery, glasses, dishwashing liquid, cloths, pots, pans, salad bowls, utensils etc. 

Optional extras which can be booked before arrival:

wood, ice, DSTV premium, bedding for double beds, dishes service ( if you do not have dogs in the group ) 

Onto the main building a bathroom with two showers, another toilet and two more hand basins. 

This bathroom is for the private use of you and your group. 

Have use of 1 - 6 tiny houses, depending on the needs in the group. 

A campfire spot next to the kitchen area. 

Access to the river with a gate from your camp, with cement steps leading down to the water. 

 NO private jetty, NO kayaks for your exclusive use, you share with other guests  

( The Camp Exclusive has private use of a jetty and two kayaks inside their camp )

Facilities at the Camp Exclusive

( book for 1 - 10 camping trailors or caravans, but no more than 30 guests please )

Lawned camping with shade from trees all around. 

Electrical points available. 

Fenced with private use of spacious thatched lapa with indoor braai. 

Kitchen work space inside the thatched area. Washing up facilities here. 

Chest freezer, microwave, electrical kettle and induction plate with pot available in the kitchen.

NO fridge / NO cutlery / NO crockery

Two private bathrooms onto the main building for your private use. 

Campfire spot on the bank of the river. 

Some tables and chairs. 

OWN jetty for your private use with two kayaks for your private use. 

Two tiny thatched huts ( with 2 single beds each ) inside the Campground.

Each tiny hut with a bedside lamp and power point to charge your phone.
